Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you already know, my beloved mom, Jeannie, passed away recently. She was a kind, generous soul who faced many challenges in life, including living on a fixed income from disability and social security. Despite these difficulties, she always managed to care for those around her, offering love and support when it was needed most.
Now, as we look at the costs of cremation, burial and prepare to hold a memorial for her in the spring, we’re reaching out to our community for help. My mom had always wanted her agreed buried by her mother and were going to make that happen for her. Her life partner, Terry, a veteran, is also struggling financially without her support. Together, they made ends meet, but with her passing, it’s been a heavy burden to carry.
We are raising funds to cover the costs of the cremation, memorial and related expenses. Any contribution—large or small—will help us honor her life in the way she truly deserves. We want to celebrate her memory and provide a space for friends and family to come together in the spring to remember the beautiful person she was.
If you’re unable to contribute financially, we ask for your thoughts, prayers, and any shares of this campaign to help spread the word. Your support means more than words can express as we navigate this difficult time.
Thank you for your kindness, love, and generosity during this challenging period. It’s a great comfort to know that my mom’s memory is so deeply loved by those around her.
With gratitude,
Megan, Adam and Tony
