Life took an unexpected turn for my dad and me recently, and I’m reaching out to anyone willing to listen and help.
What was meant to be a special moment — my dad visiting from out of province and giving me a ride to work — quickly turned into something we never imagined. We were involved in a serious car accident.
Thankfully, we’re both okay, but the car didn’t fare as well. The damage is significant, and despite trying to explore our options, it’s becoming clear we may need to replace the vehicle entirely. Unfortunately, with everything else going on, that’s just not something we can afford right now.
